Number 1 Can you believe it’s already March? Man, time is just flying by it seems. Oh well, maybe that ‘s not a bad thing. We do have some good news regarding our scheduling of speakers. Even though we don’t have a Little Sir at this time our executive board members have stepped up and we now have March, April and May covered for the speaker portion of our luncheons. We’ve secured Perry Huffman a very funny and entertaining illustrator for March, I’m bringing back the country music band we enjoyed a few months back for May, and finally Jim Forden secured Roger Tsuruda to speak about the Shinzen Garden and it’s History for our April Luncheon.
I want to tell our membership that we are growing and that we have an important role as #169 Sirs Branch here in Fresno. We need a Treasurer as we move forward. Duane Evans has done a tremendous job and is willing to stay on to assist our new Treasurer. So ,if any of you are feeling the need to get more involved in our branch, please let me or another Board member know. I promise we will make you feel welcomed and provide all the support you need to fulfill this very important position.
